What is CSA?
CSA is a way to buy local seasonal produce directly from Wing Over Farm. It’s like a weekly subscription in which you receive a box of produce with 4-5 types of whatever veggies and herbs are in season, and a bouquet of flowers. CSA has many benefits. It helps me as a farmer fund the season in the winter and early spring (which is when people typically sign up and pay for the season), when cash-flow is limited, but when I need to buy seeds and fertility for the coming season. It’s an awesome way to become acquainted and cook with new and different vegetables that you might not otherwise buy for yourself - which means you’ll become a more savvy seasonal eater. :) Not to mention a bouquet of fresh weekly flowers to freshen your home! And it’s also just really fun and delicious, to come to a farm once a week from July to September and share in the bounty!

We will be offering weekly shares for 10 weeks total from

(**price includes sales tax)
We are offering a smaller veggie share, plus weekly flower share in one! So each week you will receive a seasonal bouquet and 4-5 veggies every week.
The total weekly value coming to $40 on average.
**Add an Egg share for 1 dozen eggs per week for $70 (*includes sales tax)
Cost:
$425 (appropriate for a couple, single person, or supplement to small family’s weekly produce).

In the spirit of supporting our farm over the winter so we can buy soil and seeds, we hope for payments by the end of February, but let us know what schedule works for your household!

(*we will be skipping one week mid season, date TBD. The total number of distributions is still 10!)

Our farm site is at 911 N Mountain View Rd
*If you aren’t able to make it on Wednesdays, shares will be pre-packed and available for pick up from the walk-in refrigerator until Sunday evening
*(if you’re just interested in the veggie CSA share we have a limited number and you should reach out to Jenny via email to arrange this. Cost is $265)
